Nike Carbon Fibre series....

Nike Mercurial SL....strong and lightweight makes up the latter words, this boots are a limited, weigh in just 190 gram, carbon fiber constructed Mercurial, especially for back then, two of the most fastest player in the world, C.Ronaldo and D.Drogba.

These were retailed $400 and is selling up to $1000 in Ebay now, only in limited numbers of 2508. This here is number 1069th.

With 2008 is 'firm ground', which is with normal studs, while 500 is 'soft ground', which has 6 metal studs and are abit heavier due to the metal studs. Thiis is a view of the firm ground studs.

"The development process for Nike took 3 years, and spanned four different continents. When developing the cleat, Nike didn’t care about money, time, or manufacturing considerations. They had one goal…build the best soccer cleat."

-Carbonfibergear.com

Now u have ur carbon fiber footwear, how bout some carbon fiber protection? Thats when the Mercurial Blade Shin Guard comes into play.

Unlike the Mercurial SL which has been selled out ages ago, the Mercurial Blade has just been released earlier and it wasn't a limited item as well, but dare not to think that its cheap, as u mayb looking at $100 for 1 of these pairs. Aside from being lightweight (obviously), and protection (obviously~~) there are also quite comfy, with laser etched foam channels to wick away moisture.

One thing i like about the Mercurial Blade as well as some of the on-coming design for shin guards are that they now come instead of using stick patches with elastic bandage they now uses a elastic, lightweight 'pouch' that wraps around ur leg like a sock, as well have a little pouch to slide the shin guard in. Brilliant~~ as what i've always experience with shin guards is that they always tend to slip, they always slip a few millimeters down each time i take a kick or worse, they got displaced easily after a dive. What i need less is disturbance from the annoyance the shin guard presents, and this certainly fixes it...............I hope ^^"

And a 3D review of the Mercurial Blade

So there u have it~this is the end product of whats to be products being made with no holds barred, with no limitation, with limitless budget, and extraordinary matchplay experience is what's that rewards.

Training 4

4th day. Today we was pretty straightforward, we didn't train technique or ball control or whatever that is related to dribbling, shooting, marking, even goalkeeping. Cuz today, we're doing fitness and stamina.

Well first off, right before i go to the training ground i had 2 half boiled egg but it failed! The yolk was broken already T.T butttt i think that helps cuz when we did 2 and 1/4 lap of the whole field, which feels like doing 2 full football field while doing some light stretching and stuff and really can felt the difference, now my breathing is more composed and my stamina has really gotten better. But after that, the real stuff begins.

As we're doing fitness and stamina today, this is what we did first.

We have three sets of players, each doing one thing at the same time, thn rotates to the other one, the players on the balls on the upper side needs to juggle them as close as to the feet, while the players on the balls on the side below needs to tip-toe (as in put the tip of your toe) the ball from left leg to right leg and so on. The players on the left side has two obstacle placed so that a space is left in it, and players starts from the middle, jump with both knees up, over the obstacle, to the left, thn to the middle, thn to the right, thn to the middle again, all over the obstacle, while do a single push up in the middle, thn starts again. We did the first sets (*one sets as in we've rotate three times, meaning each players have done all of it) in duration of 1 minute i think, thn have a few sec rest, while continuing the second sets (3 activities, again) for 45 secs duration, before doing the third sets, in 30 secs. I fuckin sucks at the juggling ball area, i was so scared that the coach might think that i purposely do that ( i can't juggle!) to get some rest but im not, im really trying T.T

Then we have this exercise

Which, starts at the RED dots on the left side, first, run from the Red dot to the Yellow dot, run back to Red dot, then continue run to the Sky Blue dot. In which then, sideways, go left and right left and right with ur body facing one way, so your moving like a crab, through the cones, thn run with knee up and both feet in side the ladder, after that continue to run to the next cone, before go backwards to the next cone and forward, thn backward and so on, note the arrow signifies the direction ur head is facing. Thn jog back to the Red dot and start again. We did 4 of this....

After that...

(This is probably the hardest), we have 4 cones represented by a Red dot, forming a square. Now this is pretty straightforward. We must first run from cone 1 to cone 4, thn from cone 4 head towards cone 2, thn cone 3, and then go back to cone 1, this count as 1 round. We have to complete 6 round continuously. And then go back the opposite way, which is from cone 1, to cone 3, cone 2, thn cone 4, and then 3,2,1 and again. Again, this count as 1 round, and we have to do 6 round continuously as well. After that, repeat both direction at 6 round continuous basis for 1 direction again. So total up we did ...... 24 rounds =.= i can't believe i finish that...

And last one

This is similiar to C-sets we did back in Form 5, first, run from the Maroon dot to the Sky Blue dot, run back again, then proceed to the Orange dot, thn run back to the Maroon dot again, and then to the Green dot again, this count as 1 round, we did 4 rounds per person. the distance is approx 50 meter from the Maroon to the Green dot. but hell i think we've covered up a whole 100 meter football field more ~~~~

Overall, im deeply impressed by me as i was able to complete everything, i was literally grasping for air after that 24 rounds of that....that....torture hahahahaa, mind u the distance between cones and cones is probably 10 meters wide. But the real theory behind that was to teach u how to make quick sharp turn between the cones, the trick is as u turn, u have to act as if ur sitting down, get ur ass down and use your outer feed to push u around, i guess thats to lower ur center of gravity, it really do helps. I didn't get to use my gloves today, pity them got lonely today hahaha, as i got some new theory on diving which i love to test...its always those kinda days where u got ur morale up high that u've already set your mental state to perform to the fullest, yet the chance for making that happen just sorta kaput~ the same thing with the Match Day with Evergreen 7 thingy.....so confidence to have the Monash shut tight but they didn't come..T.T...

Shopping at Nike Factory Outlet ^^

The only thing im thinking now is HAVE I MOVE INTO A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD OR NOT hahahaha. Theres a street call Smith Street, which is approx 10 minute walk from my house, and its a street of heaven for shopping and food freaks.
Adidas's factory outlet.....whole lot is fullll of Adidas goods...=.=

Thn, NIKE~~~~~

The inside of it was massive, its almost twice the size of the Adidas's fac outlet. With apparels and accessories on front, and shoes on behind. I didn't get a photo of the whole shop cuz i was too preoccupied with looking for shirts for CNY as well as boot spotting and glove testing hiak hiak hiak.....

Saw this.....the first, Air Zoom Total 90, nicknamed AZT90.....this is the boot that highlights the offset lacing system, which provides bigger contact patch for shooting power, i dreamt of this kinda boots when i was Form 1.

Thn, the Air Zoom Total 90 Supremacy...huhuhuhu i had one of this before, not the Supremacy but the Cheap-macy one...haha, its sorta like the base model la, but i still love it....i think its the longest serving shoe of mine....hmm....

Mercurial Vapor IV...damn this is light...if the Superfly (with Carbon Fibre sole plate) is lighter than this thn i duno how to define the word 'lightness' thn...hahah

LOOK~~~whats that?!

Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia........hmmm......where did i heard that before....

Long sleeve version of.......i remember ! OUR NATIONAL JERSEY arghhh 90 Dollar for one....i think im going to get one..hahah, as i also saw a GENUINE, MANCHESTER UNITED Home Jersey on 50% discount! WTH!!! although it still cost 100 Dollar....hell it could've been 200! @!$!%^$@!#@$

And so i settled for this two Nike tees....simple and quality, my choice, for how much? 20 bucks for 1 shirt, now for a genuine Nike tees, even if u change the currency, RM60...damn cheap~~~~i even saw a base line model black Mercurial Vapor V selling at 60 Dollar!

And a short as well......

Didn't know Nike made this kinda shorts as well huh~

Being over there, i even saw Nike Total 90 Confidence gloves over there!(sorry no pics ..T.T, once again preoccupied) I'm like~ *giggles giggles*

The Total 90 Confidence is the top of the line pro level gloves for GK, consider this as the Rolls Royce of the GK gloves(the one im using is the GT-R hehehehehe), i originally have give up on using one of this, as the previous shop i went to get my Grip3 gloves said that they doesn't have size lower then 9, and so it was too big for me and i couldn't have use it. But!!! Here i managed to found size 8's !!!! IM LIKE OMFG!~ ARGHHHH, although the size 8 belows are in a box similar to the box that contains the Grip3 when i bought it, while the size 9 upwards are in a black glove bag. All the Total 90 Confidence are selling at..........i kid u not....80 Dollar....T.T, all the other shops i went to sells them at 130 Dollar...my god...at that instance i can felt the world is crumbling on me........without hesitance, i open a size 8 and try it out, it was amazing! The feel is nothing like the Grip3, the Grip3 gives u the feeling of a whole and packed feeling, while the Total 90 Confidence gives u, confidence~ the fitting is just perfect, everything is just perfect, the 3 way adjustable lacing could be a little nuisance if ur adjusting it and tighten it up with ur other hand in glove. But, then again, pro level is really pro level, now that i've found another 'target' (sorry Grip3~~~) i'll can now fully use the full potential of the Grip3 at no mercy, and prepare to switch to, the Total 90 Confidence(although i would seriously prefer this colourway.

But i do admit i would prefer if the packed feel of the Grip3's can be seen in the Total 90 Confidence.....

See Grip3? You ain't so bad ^^

Training 3

Btw, today's Australia Day, which is the National Day for Australia, sorta like our own Merdeka, so, public holiday it is ~ but training goes on (thankfully) albeit with a little, transportation inefficiency.

Knowing the bus may go with the public holiday schedule (as Sunday's schedule) i went out at 5 even though the training starts at 7, to catch the bus as Sunday's timetable tend to be abit wide between each buses. But ~~~ as it turns out, on public holiday the direct bus from my place to La Trobe doesn't run that day!! I need to go to a place upper of Collingwood ( wher im staying) which is call Clifton Hill, and from there switch to another bus, that goes to La Trobe. I only discovered this at 6 ~~ so when i got there(Clifton Hill) its alreayd 6.05, and the next bus is 6.33 ==

DAMN!!! i thought, and i rang up our coach and tell him bout it, he was cool with it and just tell me to go easy, and i did and arrive 5 minutes late. HOWEVER~ they've all finished up the basic warm up (stretching) and has now begun some intensive runs and jumps. Similiar to what we've done on on Training 1 and 2, but has now increase the duration to another level. Instead of doing 2 times or 3 times on one activity, we've gotta go 3 or 4 times. So maybe at first we gotta do 2 sets then have a break, now we gotta do 4, it almost double up~
Warming up exercise is still consists of the 'human-gymkhana' thing, with a few examples being(sorry bout the drawings, they look like dinosaurs though...) :

The BLACK dot is cones, and the RED line indicates u gotta run with ur knee up to ur waist, so ur actually 'jumping' around, not running; YELLOW line indicates u gotta run forward to one cone, thn backward to the other cone, a simple indication being the arrow pointed direction is the direction ur face is pointing, so ur just pointing to 1 direction. And the duration of this also increase, by doing 3 times our face point to our right, and 3 times our face points to our left. The GREEN line indicates we run sideways, so we just go sideways to each cones, while the BLUE line means, run to one cone, go around it 360 degrees, thn run to the other cone, get around it, thn so on. All lines ends with running to the cone on top, pass it, thn go to the starting point and start again. The other part is with jumping across or around cones and with ladders and obstacle, which i'll be covering in the next Training post as its quite extensive.

Moving on, AS i didn't stretch or anything and just start to 'rev' myself into redline, fatigue starts to kick in laterwards....we have training on 'Football Channel' today. A brief and simple explanation from Wikipedia is that

"The channels are subjectively described (there is no specific marking of the pitch) as the areas in which wide-playing strikers look for the ball, being a vertical strip extending from the goal-line toward the half-way line close to, but not too near the widest part of the pitch, an area more commonly occupied by a winger."

What we have here, is the RED dot represents a flag. GREEN dot is the STRIKERS, while BLUE dot is the WINGER.

1.From the start of the attack, Winger pass the ball to player A, and as B is coming up to support the attack, B has the vision of the upper field, while as A has to turn back to accept the pass from Winger, he doesn't have the vision of the upper field, from this point onwards, B has the advantage of making decisions to shoot, or pass, if pass, to who, to where, and so on. So A is recommended to pass the ball, to B, in Pass 1.

2.Which the Winger now is an available form of attack, its recommended, to set the Winger into play, by sending a far ball up, in Pass 2.

3. As B passes the far ball up in Pass 2, this is where the rhythm change to quick, as Winger's Run 1, and the player A and B's Run 1, all begun, at the same time. So A and B must go pass the Flag 3, and connects with Winger, who at that point has to be ready to cross in.

* A and B's run across Flag 3's purpose, is to create space for the Winger's crosses, so instead of having 1 player in the Penalty Box, we have 2, which has a better percentage of scoring, as well, a better chance to retain ball possession, should 1 player fail to make a goal.

So again, as B starts pass 2, Winger can now sprint up through the defenders that are defending him (if theres any) and A and B can now sprint pass central midfielders or defenders that are guarding them as well ( if theres any) connect with the cross, hopefully, resulting in a goal.

Timing is really, the essence in this training, or this attack, as it doesn't take one delayed of seconds to 'wait' for players, as 'defenders would have already break your leg if u do wait for others', as quoted by our coach. After a pass has been made, no matter which position your are, your attacking or defending, you should always on a move, after a pass, move, create space and support for ur teammate. Football channel is basically about, how strikers channel the ball to the wingers to create spaces and opportunity to the strikers, and then channel the ball back again to the strikers to utilize that opportunity.

The GK's training today was pretty straightforward, to stop the goals from being scored. As we have (includin me) 3 GK's we rotate each other after 4 shots, goal or no goal. So it wasn't pretty tiring actually, but i do get a few balls in due to weak legs and such, plus one bad timing co-ordination that resulted in the ball slipped through my waist, DAMN! #$^%# But my catching technique is coming back, just a little bit, but its there, its still there, and its coming out now. ^^ And also due to my fatigue from the warm ups, ohhhhhhhhh but nonetheless, exercise today was quite light as well, we did:
25 wide arms push ups
25 crunches (like sit ups) x2
30 swing arm (which is u lift ur leg up, and swing ur arm left to right for 30 times)
25 closed arms push ups, with the 25th push up finishes by holding in half way position for 10 seconds
(i dunno what this is called, but its like, u lying down with ur knee up and ur feet close to u, thn u just use ur finger and touch ur shoe, from left hand = left feet, to right hand = right feet, do for 30 times)
and (push ups positions, but put ur arms on the ground and just keep it that way for 1 minute more) x2
30 wide arms push ups with the 30th push ups finishes by holding half way position for 10 secs
and lastly, u lie down with one partner standing above u, and u lift both of your legs up to his body, do 15 times.

Now its 1.52am, am abit tired, but still thinking wat to improve and all the theory behind today. I still have my divings, my overhead shots (which is shots that is higher or above your head), my catchings......glove look pretty 'clean' today, not happy bout it...should be damn ol dirty....hahahahahha jk jk, well a few more millimeters patches comes up, but still alrite, still in 98% condition. I try using short socks for today's training, but don't really think their quite good, as in the beginning i felt my foot is expanding and its hurting me so i gotta loosens up shoelaces, but that gets me abit of blisters pulak =.=....

Anyway....i suck today, but i held my head up high, tomorrows always there for you(me^^). Oh, and yea one more thing, i got called a FREE KICK SPECIALIST woohoo^^, not gonna talk bout that, just move on.........

Match day with Evergreen 7

Juz went for a 'supposedly' yet another friendly match with Monash United, but they didn't show up at the end....probably cuz they know we're gonna kick their ass kekekekeke.....

Anyway, i put 7 on the title as i think this is the 7th week i've played with them, i think i started in early Dec........

Team Evergreen is a team of players consists of mainly China players, and have been so good to me, i've never played under such a friendly environment before. Back then even when we're playing with our friends teases and no-encouragement happens all the time. They aren't the best team in the Chinese League but not the worst too, most of the players are old but experienced players, and since the past 7 week we've had some new addition to the team, and it really starts to fill in the gaps between experienced and stamina. Anyway, we have everything on our side today actually, good weather, 18 player show up include all the new and promising youngsters and we're good for a best 11 we could put up till now ~ but Monash didn't show up today so we ended up just play a 9-a-side football which ended in 3-3.

Was abit disappointed, cuz i have thoroughly went through and have formulate a defensive strategy, capable of shut off their left and right winger, which is their main powerhouse actually. Everything came from these two, and the middle players somehow doesn't have a knack to land a shot to the goal. Work or not, we'll have to find it out another day then.....

I realize my ball catching skill have dramatically dropped, i dun know why but it could be cuz of the new glove(i always get this feel when im using a new glove as i dun wanna spoil it ~).....but anyway, hopefully i'll improve on that, as well as handling corner balls, as 2 of the goal i've missed is from corner kicks. One thing i have been able to confirmed on it is that our strikers and players doesn't like to shoot earlier either, they prefer to get the ball as in to the penalty box, thn pass to the other side or to the middle, and even than they still find ppl to pass to, well we wont really score a goal from passes rite ~~~ but then again, i've really thinked of a way to increase the team's shooting percentage, not to goal, but least to try.

I don't like you Mommy

Honesty..^^

Manufacturing fake eggs~!

In China there are fake schools and and classes that teach a variety of blatant fraud technology, even eggs can be modulated by chemical materials, but also be able to fry cook, is currently the most popular False course.

Step 1 Modulation of raw materials.

Using these 7 kinds of chemical materials, see pic below

Calcium carbonate, starch, resin, gelatin, alum and other chemical products

Step 2 Egg production
Raw egg into the mold to 2/3 full, put calcium chloride, colouring die

The yolk is shaped in a round mold, and 'Magic Water' containing calcium chloride is added.

By adding a yellow pigment it becomes a raw egg yolk.

Step 3 Fake egg shape
In the mold into 1/3 raw egg white, like the first package, like dumplings into the egg yolk, egg white into another, into the magic water, a egg shell will come slowly. Naked egg shape to 1 hour to dry after washing with water, at shells ready. (Dun quite understand this really........)

Step 4:
Sewing lines through the use of eggs, immersed in paraffin wax, calcium carbonate, such as modulation of the eggshell into a solution, repeated several times until the shell a little dry, immersion in cold water pumping line shape, this point, the egg has been put on a false cloak , You're done.

Hard shells are formed by soaking in paraffin wax onto the egg, which are then left to dry.

Oh yeah The Egg is ready. The artificial egg shell is very fragile and break easily but who cares!! Look so real

Many small bubbles is formed during frying the egg but not many people can tell the difference. The egg look exactly the same, and the eggs taste better than real but you are adding to the
statistic of food poisoning person.

Why make fake eggs ?
Because of money.

The cost of fake egg is only 0.55 Yuan/kg, while the true [WINDOWS-1252?]eggs’ market price is 5.6 Yuan/kg.

Cases of problem foods and food poisoning are widely reported in Mainland China over the last few years. In 2001, there were 185 cases of food poisoning, affecting about 15,715 people and causing 146 deaths. The cases doubled in 2002. In 2003, the number of reported cases was ten times more than that in 2001, and the number of people suffered was as high as 29,660, including 262 deaths Now In Sept 2008 Nearly 53,000 Chinese children sick from contaminated milk; 4 have died.
