Training 2

Today was the second time i went over to training at La Trobe University, and @%@#^ today was abit tiring really (or chia lat~)

Today i didn't really start off good......i had some breakfast at 2 (pretty late ^^") and thn i just got nervous all day long, and it got to me as i went to the toilet to 'let it all go', and tat means ALL~ so i have a muesli bar as a light snack, but that didn't work out as it came out of my stomach into the toilet too~ all that happen in the last 15 minutes before im about to leave! As i come out from the toilet i realize its not enough time for another snack or something so off to the bus stop then .

Training stop with a light jog and as we started i realize, damn.........today's gonna be tough (and it was!) cuz i can feel my energy drawn out pretty quickly...and as we finish out warming up, we undergo training with players and keepers together that looks like this (cruz this for u ~) :

We have a goalpost with a keeper in between, and we have 2 sets of players on point A and B, and 2 sets of players on Point 1 and 2, the trick is Point A's player will start a set piece or a pass to the center, and players of Point 2 will collect it, and the same with Point B to the center, Point 1 player collect, so its a left to center right, and right to center left set pieces, with the center players is to finish with a shot. A goal is count if the ball is put on the side of the goal, which means u have to score between the red spot in the goal with the goalpost, other than the red spot is count as a center ball, and is not count as a goal. After each players in the center, which is Point 1 and 2 has each have a shot two times, they switch position with the players in Point A and B, both 1 and 2 plays as a team and A and B as a team too, each tries to outscore the other team, and the losers get to do a sets of exercise. This may seem easy, but is nightmare for keeper =.=, cuz we have shots coming at us for shots after shots, Point 1 thn Point 2, thn Point 1 again non-stop action~ With further training includes the same thing but instead of able to stop the ball, control thn shoot, ur now only be able to shoot on first timing or first touch, no more~

After that (1 or half hour of bombings) we were call to form a line with 2 players each before cone 1.

Thn theres a cone 2 up ahead, approx 10-15 meters in distance, and the first player gotta sprint to cone 2 from 1, thn back to cone 1, this count as 1 round, we need to do 10 rounds, after that the second player's turn for 10 rounds, after that we have 1 min of break, thn another 10 rounds for both players, followed by a 25sec break and continue 10 rounds for both players as well, before ending with a sets of exercise.

Probably cuz of my 'malnutrition' today that i lose abit of form, nonetheless i didn't treat this as a excuse and i kept on pushing, i now realize i always 100% hesitate to do a long dive (or jump) for balls that are on the edges of the goalpost, i can make the first jump, but the body just wouldn't follow, so that's really a clear point i can improve on. No criticism for the goals but instead encouragement words from the shooting players. One thing im happy bout today is after we're finish and we're sitting there cooling down with advices from the coaches, the first thing he mention is, to applaud for the goalkeepers, as they've (we) have done a great job on Tuesday training and today's, follow by agreement from all players, which is a good thing ~ what ever that is happening the coach really know, and care about, hell i miss damn lot of balls today, but still i got credit for the ones i save^^ I saw a small tiny 7mm long and probably 0.3 or 0.2 mm depth abrasive sign on the right handed Nike Grip3 Gloves middle finger, probably from a ball which has some of its 'skin' or surface peeled off result in a rough surface, but then again, other than that and abit of paint scrapped from the back of the glove, which doesn't really matter to me, the glove is still in 99% condition. Good ol Nike ~

Also, one important philosophy i today learn about for soccer, you play for your teammate. As the 10 round run between cone was actually a motivation training, cuz we have the other player (remember we have 2 players in a line) kept on cheering for us, it was fuckin exhausting but i finish it all, cuz my buddy was cheering for me, i just couldn't let him down~

And that, is probably, what football is about.

  3. Victor: eating much doesn't get u alot of energy, but having a empty stomach DOESN'T get u alot of energy either~

Cruz: Last time we do de is C-set rite? That one is abit different, and is i think, to improve 冲力 not stamina, C-set has 3 cones instead of 2, u run to the second, come back, run to the third, come back and that count as 1 round, is that the one u r talking bout ?
