Training 14

We start the day off with fear actually, hahaha, because as i went to the pitch the image of how the cones were position and a radio was present, i knew it away, BEEP TEST !! Luckily it was the First Team that is undergoing it. Third team have our own training......=.=".......lucky...

First of we started with warm ups and then proceed to this
The Red Square on the bottom right is where we start, with a sprint to the Light Blue Dots, and then sideways across to the others, and then a backward run from the last Light Blue Dots to the Yellow Dot, and then proceed to get a ball, pass to Green Dot and run to the middle, while the Green Dot will pass back the ball and you must attempt to get the ball in to the space between the two Red Dot underneath. You might see this as easy, yes it is, except the part where u trying to put the ball into the 'goal' .

And then this

Which is, we have 4 cones marked by Red Dots, and 3 players on each cones, with one ball as the Light Blue ball.

At first we will have the 1st player, pass to the center of the other side between the other two Red Dots, and at the same time, the 1st player from the other Red Dot will run to intercept the ball, and the 1st player that passes the ball will replace the other 1st player who make the run in the Red Dots.

So it will look like this, with the players keep running after passes and run to intercept passes.

And then we have a simple match between each other, my new coach, Haas, has a training style i find to be very engaging. As he will participate in the training, guiding us as well, he's a quite fatty player but dun let his appearance fools u, he has fucking good skill and speed as well...and i like he's teaching style more as he's more into every player themselves, other than treating us as groups, he treats us as individuals. I notice my glove have had some little abrasive points and the tips of the finger, but it is still in 80% condition i reckon ^^

Hope my thigh recover faster T.T"

  2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-stage_fitness_test

The test involves running continuously between two points that are 20 m apart. These runs are synchronized with a pre-recorded audio tape or CD, which plays beeps at set intervals. As the test proceeds, the interval between each successive beep reduces, forcing the athlete to increase their speed over the course of the test, until it is impossible to keep in sync with the recording. It is very important on this test to pace yourself; start out at a slow and steady jog and gradually increase your pace.

The recording is typically structured into 21 'levels', each of which lasts around 62 seconds. Usually, the interval of beeps is calculated as requiring a speed at the start of 8.5 km/h, increasing by 0.5 km/h with each level thereafter. The progression from one level to the next is signaled by 3 rapid beeps. The highest level attained before failing to keep up is recorded as the score for that test.
